RedSn0w already able to jailbreak 3.0.1

The 3.0.1 update of iPhone OS clearly hasn't changed a lot of things in the system. Indeed, RedSn0w is alreaday able to jailbreak the 3.0.1, without having been updated by the Dev-Team.
You juste have to install the 3.0.1, and then launch RedSn0w and follow the instructions, providing a 3.0 IPSW file (and not the 3.0.1 one, which will not be recognized).

Apple just released the 3.0.1 release of iPhone OS. This updates is here to fix a major security flaw revealed by Charlie Miller at the Black Hat 2009 conference. This flaw allows to inject malicious code with a sequence of SMS, and the injected code can be as powerfull as giving a full remote control to the iPhone.
iPod Touch users are not concerned by this update.
